POW bars have 500mg THC and 250mg CBD. I should have listened to the folks at Select Co-Op. I was warned to eat half and then see how it hit me. I just devoured the whole thing sleeping on its effectiveness. I went to roll a joint about 30 minutes after and realized I was in an altered state of extreme relaxation!
